Introducing Faithful Web & AI Care
After more than two decades of working with websites, technology, content, and digital communication, I am pleased to announce the launch of a new business: Faithful Web & AI Care.
Faithful Web & AI Care exists to help small businesses, churches, ministries, nonprofit organizations, and other growing organizations take better care of their websites and make wiser use of artificial intelligence.
You can visit the new website at Faithful Web & AI Care.
For many organizations, a website is one of the first places people go to learn who they are, what they offer, and whether they can be trusted. Yet many websites are outdated, difficult to navigate, slow to load, poorly maintained, or quietly suffering from technical problems that the owner may not even know exist.
At the same time, business owners and ministry leaders are hearing constant claims about artificial intelligence. They are being told that AI will transform everything, eliminate jobs, save enormous amounts of time, or solve nearly every business problem. Some of those claims contain truth, but much of the conversation is driven by hype.
Faithful Web & AI Care was created to bring clarity to both areas.
Practical Website Help Without the Agency Runaround
Many small businesses, churches, and ministries do not need a large digital agency. They do not need to be passed between salespeople, project managers, designers, developers, and account representatives. They need someone who can look carefully at the website, explain what is wrong in plain language, fix the important problems, and provide honest guidance about what should happen next.
That is the approach behind Faithful Web & AI Care.
The goal is not to sell the largest possible project. The goal is to recommend what genuinely helps.
Sometimes that may involve repairing an existing website. In other cases, it may involve improving performance, correcting mobile layout problems, strengthening security, cleaning up WordPress, fixing broken forms, clarifying website content, or developing a more effective call to action.
A complete redesign may occasionally be necessary, but it should not be the automatic answer to every website problem. Often, a focused review and a few well-chosen improvements can produce significant results without the expense and disruption of rebuilding everything.
The Website First-Aid Review
One of the primary services being offered is the Website First-Aid Review.
This is a one-time, focused website assessment designed for organizations that know their website needs attention but are not sure where to begin.
The review examines areas such as:
- Website performance and loading speed
- Mobile usability
- Navigation and user experience
- WordPress health and maintenance
- Basic security concerns
- Contact forms and calls to action
- Content clarity
- Search engine optimization basics
- Accessibility concerns
- Practical opportunities to use AI
The Website First-Aid Review does more than identify problems. It also includes the completion of the three most valuable fixes that fall within the scope of the review.
The client then receives a plain-language action plan showing what needs immediate attention, what can wait, and what may not be worth worrying about at all. A follow-up walkthrough is also included so that the findings can be explained clearly and questions can be answered.
The current price for the Website First-Aid Review is $279 USD or $399 CAD.
There is no requirement to sign up for monthly service afterward. If additional work would be helpful, it can be discussed separately, but there is no pressure or obligation.
Squarespace, Wix, and Other Website Platforms
Although WordPress is a major focus, Faithful Web & AI Care also helps clients build, maintain, and improve websites on platforms such as Squarespace, Wix, and GoDaddy.
That may include creating new pages, updating content, improving mobile layouts, refining navigation, fixing forms, connecting third-party tools, strengthening basic SEO, and making the overall website clearer and easier to use. These platforms can be excellent options for organizations that want a simpler website-management experience without the maintenance demands of a traditional WordPress installation.
Each platform has its own strengths and limitations. The goal is not to force every client onto the same system, but to work with the platform that best fits the organization’s needs, budget, technical ability, and long-term plans.
Ongoing WordPress Care and Website Support
Faithful Web & AI Care also offers ongoing website maintenance plans for organizations that need someone to take responsibility for the continued health of their website.
WordPress websites require regular attention. Themes and plugins need to be updated. Backups should be tested. Forms should be checked. Security problems need to be watched. Broken links, performance issues, and outdated content can slowly accumulate if no one is responsible for monitoring the site.
For many small organizations, website maintenance falls to a volunteer, an employee with another full-time role, or the person who originally built the website several years ago. That arrangement may work for a while, but it often leads to neglected updates, unanswered questions, and avoidable problems.
The ongoing care plans are designed to provide dependable maintenance, monitoring, and support at a predictable monthly cost.
Thoughtful and Responsible Use of AI
Artificial intelligence is also becoming an increasingly important part of modern business and ministry. However, AI should not be added simply because it is fashionable or trendy.
The right question is not, “How can we use AI?”
The better question is, “Is there a real problem here that AI can help solve responsibly?”
AI may be useful for organizing content, creating internal knowledge tools, improving repetitive workflows, answering common customer questions, assisting with lead follow-up, preparing reports, or reducing administrative work. It may also be unnecessary, unreliable, or inappropriate in certain situations.
Faithful Web & AI Care helps organizations evaluate AI opportunities carefully. Recommendations are based on usefulness, cost, risk, privacy, and the actual needs of the organization.
AI should serve people. People should not be pressured into serving the technology.
Built on Biblical Principles
Faithful Web & AI Care is a Christian, family-run business built on biblical principles.
That does not mean the business only serves churches or Christian ministries. Faithful Web & AI Care is also available to small businesses, nonprofit organizations, and other clients whose work is compatible with our values.
It does mean that honesty, integrity, stewardship, fairness, and service matter.
Clients should receive truthful advice, even when that advice results in a smaller project. They should understand what they are paying for. They should not be pressured into unnecessary services. Problems should be communicated clearly, and commitments should be taken seriously.
Technology changes quickly, but these principles should not.
More Than Twenty Years of Experience
My own involvement in website development began more than twenty years ago.
Over the years, I have worked with WordPress, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, PHP, React, Angular, WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, databases, website troubleshooting, accessibility, search engine optimization, content development, email marketing, and a wide range of digital projects.
I have also spent many years writing, teaching, speaking, leading ministries, and explaining complex ideas to different audiences.
That combination matters.
Technical ability is important, but clients also need someone who can listen, communicate, teach, and explain what is happening without hiding behind unnecessary jargon.
My goal is to bring both technical experience and a teacher’s approach to every project.

Faithful Web & AI Care brings together several areas that have been central to my work for many years: technology, communication, teaching, problem-solving, writing, and service.
I am grateful for the opportunities God has provided throughout my career, and I am looking forward to using those experiences to help businesses, churches, ministries, and organizations strengthen their online presence and make wise decisions about technology.
