This is a common phrase we say in America, but it’s a true statement. Hard work does pay off, and Scripture proves that in (Galatians 6:8) where it talks about reaping what you sow. In most cases, it’s used in a negative context, but can be used in a positive context as well. Reaping what you sow means you get what you put in. If you’re a slack worker, you get a slack reward. If you are a good worker, you get a good reward.
Hard work doesn’t always guarantee success in every situation but does make life more fulfilling in the long run versus being lazy.
